This list of materials is subject to and conditional upon checking and/or approval of correctness prior to acceptance by the Customer. It is provided on the basis that noresponsibility for any errors and omissions is undertaken by Currumbin Roof Trusses.
Prices set out in this list are based on the sizes and dimensions set out in the Customer’s plan and/or bill of quantities, and no responsibility is taken as to the structuraladequacy or correctness of such sizes and specifications. No responsibility is accepted for any conflict or ambiguity between documents delivered by the Customer. Where the Customer’s plan does not nominate sizes of timbers etc, the relevant minimum standard codes will be assumed and applied.
Deliveries are costed out on the basis that not more than one hour unloading time will be necessary on site. Any delays above and beyond will be charged to the Customer.
At the discretion of the driver, whenever possible, our Crane Truck will lift trusses and place them on top of the top plate. No backcharges will be accepted unless discussed and a written order issued by Currumbin Roof Trusses.
A minimum of ten days notice for delivery is required but we will endeavour to supply jobs earlier if needed.
The Customer should check this list carefully before acceptance. Some items contained in this list may not be stock lines, therefore cancellations or returns will not be allowed after acceptance of the order.
Any extra items will be charged to the Builder.
Any changes to plans must be advised in writing before manufacture.
Any additional deliveries will be charged to the Customer.
